By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

II. Nature of Artisanal Products (The “One-of-a-Kind” Clause)

Every item at Epoxos Design is handcrafted using natural materials (wood and real botanicals).
Variations: You acknowledge that because we use natural wood grain and real flowers, the item you receive may have slight variations in texture, color, and botanical placement compared to the photographs. These are not defects but a testament to the authenticity of your unique piece.
Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

III. Pricing and Payments

Prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Taxes & Customs: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may be applied by their country’s regulations. Epoxos Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

IV. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once the crafting or shipping process has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

V. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and jewelry designs, is the property of Epoxos Design. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.

VI. Limitation of Liability

Epoxos Design shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the improper use of our jewelry. Our pieces are delicate art objects and should be handled according to the Care Guide.

VII. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.

VIII. Returns and Refunds

1. Eligibility for Returns: Customers may initiate a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, pristine, and unused condition, including its original packaging.

2. Shipping Fees & Responsibility: All costs associated with return shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Epoxos Design does not provide pre-paid return labels. Shipping fees paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

3. Inspection and Denial: Upon receipt at our studio, all returns undergo a meticulous quality inspection. Epoxos Design reserves the right to deny any refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage (such as scratches, chemical exposure, or structural changes), or if it is not in its original state.

4. Redelivery of Denied Returns: If a return is denied due to the condition of the item and the customer requests the item to be sent back to them, the customer must cover the full shipping costs for this second delivery. If the redelivery fee is not paid within 30 days, the item will be considered abandoned.

5. How to Initiate: To start a return, you must contact us at info@epoxosdesign.com with your order number and clear photographs documenting the item’s current condition. Returns sent without prior photo-approval may not be processed.
